Then, by changing the company's main headquarters to the factory located at kilometer 70 of the Shahrekord - Ahvaz road, Naghan Industrial Hub, it was first registered in the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Documents and Real Estate Registration Office, then in the Ardal County Documents and Real Estate Registration Office, and finally in April 2016 under number 47 of Kiar County.

The company's activities, according to the articles of association, include building a factory, preparing, producing, and packaging products and food, importing machinery and other goods, exporting, and other matters that are somehow related to the company's purpose.

The Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Yeast Company factory is located on a land area of ​​60,761 square meters, 70 kilometers from Shahrekord, adjacent to the old Shahrekord-Khuzestan road and in the industrial hub of Naghan. The factory consists of various departments, the most important of which are:

According to the provisions of the statute, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Yeast Food Company operates in the field of construction and development of factories, production, packaging, and export and import of food products. Accordingly, from the beginning, the company's activities have been based on the production of yeast, which is used in the baking and confectionery industries; but since the beginning of 2020, due to the special conditions resulting from the Corona crisis and the country's need for medical and health materials and equipment, as well as due to the availability of necessary raw materials, the production of medical alcohol has also been on the agenda of this complex, and the company's technical staff launched a medical alcohol production line with a purity of 70% in a short period of 20 days.

The company's nominal production of yeast, according to the operating license, is equivalent to 2,500 tons of dry yeast per year, which is produced and marketed in two types: bulk and vacuum, in different packaging.

Currently, the company's products are considered among the top brands in the country in terms of quality and excellence, and in terms of production volume and quantity, it ranks in the first half of the country's six active production units. The company's yeast production in 2019 exceeded 4,200 tons, which represents a 168 percent increase in production compared to the nominal capacity in the aforementioned year.

The main market for Klar yeast is mainly bakery cooperatives and provincial representatives at the national level, and abroad, Syria, Afghanistan, Armenia, Iraq, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Lebanon are among the target markets of this complex. The total sales of the product in 2019 were about 4,186 tons, of which about 3,043 tons were exported to Syria, Afghanistan, Armenia, Iraq, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Lebanon. In other words, export sales were equivalent to 76.6 percent of total sales.

Although the production of 70% alcohol has been started as a trial in April 2020, out of necessity, with a capacity of four thousand liters per day, improving the quality to produce 96% alcohol and increasing the daily production rate to 10 thousand liters per day is on the company's agenda once the necessary arrangements are made.

This company was registered in the Isfahan Companies Registration Office in March 1991 under number 8694 and, according to the factory location, was registered in the Ardel County Registration Office in August 2002 under number 117. The factory is located at kilometer 65 of Shahrekord Road, Ahvaz, in the Nagan Industrial Zone, which is built on a land area of ​​12 hectares (120,000 square meters) and an infrastructure of 11,000 square meters, including green space, production building, boiler building, equipped biotechnology laboratory, product warehouse equipped with a cooling system and product storage at standard temperature, supplies warehouse, office premises, trailer weighing scale and industrial wastewater treatment system. The factory's consumption and process water is also supplied by a well with a water supply of 12 liters per second.
The company's activity is the production of instant dry bakery dough with a capacity of 2,500 tons per year. After obtaining the establishment, health and operation licenses, it was put into operation in July 2001, employing 150 personnel, including specialists, semi-specialists and ordinary workers. The production line machinery and technical knowledge belong to a reputable Austrian biotechnology company called Bename, which has sent its experts to carry out the installation, commissioning and training of personnel. Subsequently, within the framework of the concluded contract, periodic visits are carried out by experienced experts from the above company in order to optimize production. Currently, more than half of the company's products are exported to different countries.
